These screens complete Phase 1 and unlock Phase 2. Every design decision maps back to the feature matrix and roadmap. Designed to spec with Packly design tokens before a line of Flutter code is written.
The loyalty engine is the single most important missing piece of Phase 1. These two screens show the primary loyalty hub and the badge/achievement layer. Points are earned by logging care habits, scanning products, making purchases at partner stores, and referring members.
The paywall surfaces when a member tries to access a Premium-gated feature. Annual billing is the primary CTA. The free plan is shown honestly so the upgrade feels earned, not forced. Receipt scan and loyalty wallet are Premium-only features.
The receipt scan flow converts a local pet store purchase into loyalty points. The OCR pipeline (same ML Kit stack as food labels) parses the receipt, matches known Packly partner stores, and credits the wallet automatically. This is the bridge between the app and local commerce.
The household invite flow allows a pet owner to share their pet's profile with a caretaker (a partner, family member, dog walker, etc.). Access is scoped: Full Access can log and edit, View Only can observe. The caretaker receives an email and joins via deep link.
Local pet businesses get a web dashboard showing their Packly-attributed customers, loyalty program performance, and tools to drive return visits. This is Revenue Engine 2: the Retailer SaaS subscription. Built for web, not mobile. Partners access it at business.packly.com.
