Getting Started

Onboarding in four steps.

New members go from signup to a fully configured pet profile in under three minutes. No credit card required to start.

Email, Google, or Apple Sign-in. Passwordless option available.

Home zip code and preferred search radius for local discovery.

The Hub is your pet control center.

Every member lands here. One screen surfaces health status, upcoming habits, recent activity, and quick actions across all pets.

The Hub is designed to answer the question "how is my pet doing right now?" without navigating deeper into the app. It surfaces the most recent vet visit, active habit streaks, and current loyalty point balance at a glance.

Members with multiple pets can swipe between pet cards while keeping the same nav structure. Caregivers see the same Hub scoped to their assigned pets.

Notification badges surface only when action is needed: a vaccine due date, a recall alert from the scanner, or a shared record awaiting review.

One secure, structured place for every health record, document, and contact a pet owner needs, accessible by the whole family and shareable with vets.

Daily Routines

Habits and the Timeline.

Members define recurring habits (walks, meals, medications, training sessions) that automatically populate the Timeline every day.

Training Activity Playtime Vet Meds

Each habit defines a schedule, a category, and optional duration or distance. When the window opens, a gentle nudge fires and the entry waits for a one-tap confirm or a quick note. Completed entries feed streak tracking and loyalty points automatically.

Full access
Complete control over all pets on the account. Can invite or remove other members, edit the Care Vault, manage billing, and configure all settings.
Caregiver
View and log entries
Scoped to assigned pets. Can view the Hub and Care Vault, log habit completions, add Timeline entries, and respond to scanner results. Cannot edit records or manage billing.
Viewer
Read-only
Read-only access to shared records and the Timeline. Suitable for vets, groomers, or family members who need to reference the Care Vault without making changes.
